Pheasant Rump Nakota Nation

2022-2025

Nativus working with its contracting partner is leading the design and construction managment for a Net Zero Design Health Clinic, Womens LGBTQ2 Center and Cultural Center.


Thorwin Properties

2022/2024

Nativus undertook and energy audit of one Thorwin Properties largest residetial facilities which resulted in Throwin undertaking 3 energy upgrades along with installing an HVAC control system. The upgrades result in greater system efficiency, asset renewal along with greater clarity and control of mechancial systems within the facility.


Division Scolaire Franco Manitobaine Energy Upgrade Projects

2021/2024

Nativus working with the Division Scolaire Franco Manitobaine performed energy audits across 5 rural schools in early 2019/2020. The studies identified energy, IAQ and asset renewal projects to optimize the facilites which included energy recovery, controls upgrades, filtration, cooling, ventilation, unit ventilators with built in energy recovery, ecm fans and flow controls. Funding was secured by the division with retrofits being completed in 2024.


Nativus Secures and Completes CHRT and New Health Center Feasibility Studies Lake St. Martin First Nation

July 2024

Lake St. Martin engaged Nativus to detail and secure funding for 3 much needed facilities under the CHRT program with Indigenous Services. In addition Nativus completed a Health Center design and feasibility study for the underserved community.


GMF Village of Dunnottar

2020-2022

Nativus working with the muncipality consortium undertook a 4 seasonal waste evaluation and feasibility study to determine viable uses for the municipal waste as an alternate and improvement on recycling and typical landfill of waste. The study identified a 100% diversion of all waste into a single stream by processing through the Innovative NRG’s ROC waste to energy technology.


Nativus Secures Zero Plastics Funding Initiative for Lake St. Martin First Nation

OCTOBER 2020

Lake St. Martin engaged Nativus to develop a waste application that would enable them to take control of community waste and deal with the federal governments drive to Zero Plastics. The project is underway enabling Lake St. Martin to be a lead its community in taking the steps to protect its environment and waters.


Nativus Speaks at SUMA Convention on Community - Organics and Plastic Diversion

FEBRUARY 5, 2020

Nativus focused on the process framework for identifying actual community waste profiles and its importance on properly setting the strategy and selecting technologies to deal both on at the community level and more importantly from a collaborative regional approach.


RM of Russell Binscarth Completes CEEP

JANUARY 2020

The RM of Russell-Binscarth works with Nativus to develop and complete their CEEP (Community Energy and Emissions Plan). Setting their baseline, goals and actions to reduce their environmental footprint.


Gambler First Nation Completes Waste Management and Source Separate Organics Plan

JANUARY 2020

Through a waste initiative with Indigenous Services Canada, Gambler First Nation collaborated with Nativus to develop an understanding of their waste characterization and how they could better deal with waste. The initiative was a parallel plan within the communities CEEP (Community Energy and Emissions Plan) with a deeper dive into the waste component and specifics on how to manage waste and detail diversion activities.
